  As a landlord, I advise you to stay very clear of Place Annerley. They were managing my property when I had a tenant steal my fridge, washing machine and dryer from my partly furnished unit. I advised them to claim the bond to replace the items but they returned the tenant's full bond without telling me and without replacing my appliances.

  Great Rental Agency, Marius was my agent and he was lovely. only thing i would say is, I was charged for a years worth of water at the end of my tenancy. Which was unacceptable. This was not Maruis' fault.

  Horrible people. Didn't disclose all the information I was entitled to when entering a renting agreement. Treated us as if we were children who had been caught doing the wrong thing even if we just asked them a question. Was often treated with disdain even if I just asked for a photo copy of something. And tried to slap a huge bond fine which they dropped 90% of the value from when I complained. Just all round bad service and bad people. Also it's really suss that most of these 5 star reviews were all posted around the same time and have only ever made 1 review. REALLY NOT OBVIOUS THERE GUYS.

  They have terrible communication and even worse management skills. They don't reply to emails, they have to be continually contacted and pushed for the smallest amount of information and they are conveniently never in the office when you call.

  my partner and I had horrible time renting from Place Annerley. they are unprofessional, unhelpful, untrustworthy bullies. in our experience we have learnt and recommend to document any issues via email and then follow up with a phone call. they tend to ignore your emails but will go back on their word if not in writing. we were promised the major plumbing work would be finished before our lease started - it wasn't and they left us to discover this on moving in. three weeks after living there the five days of major plumbing works was completed whilst we had to deal with the noise from the extravator/plumbers, water off for hours at at a time and the front yard/under the house dug up. we were told over the phone that the landlord agreed to a week free of rent. found out on exiting the property that we owed a weeks rent for the time during the major plumbing works. we were never chased up for the weeks rent until then! also be prepared for them to loose the spare keys, force you to pay for the garden to be mowed (which will not be done unless if you chase them up!) and give a quarter of the property to the neighbours next door for renovations. what a joke of a "business"!

  Excellent service from my first phone call and then inspection through to signing up a tenancy. An inspection was arranged for the very next day where a representative walked me through the property answering all my questions and giving all relevant information. All my follow up emails, texts and phone calls were answered promptly guiding me through to a successful agreement to rent the house of my choice. Excellent work team and many thanks.

  They are scummy, unprofessional and underhanded. If you can avoid doing business with Place Annerley, I highly recommend it, your wallet and sanity will thank you.

  Their record keeping is abysmal and asking for copies of documents has been unfruitful on more than one occasion for me. They didn't keep a copy of entry reports and signed the tenant up for a lease 6 months longer than stipulated without consulting me.
